It was good

Good animation, sound, and basically everything, except the compass idea. We have Locks and Clocks already, don't confuse it furthur by adding compasses. Good for a joke, but don't make sites and BBSs about that sort of thing.

I didn't really understand any of this at all. Very confusing. You have a great style, and you can draw very well. You look like you're capable of doing great work, not stuff like this.

I was really discouraged by the low score... hopefully you're right. The thing I'm worried about is that it doesn't have a story as such so completing it might not improve the score that much.

It's just a thing supposed to be about someone improving their drawing of stickmen.

Well, I'll finish it in a few weeks' time and hopefully you'll be right about it being better recieved. :)
